We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Comfort Consultant who understands residential HVAC sales and enjoys helping homeowners make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems. • Base Pay: $17.00/hour ($35,360 annually)
• Commission Structure: 3% - 4% - 6% - 8% performance-based commission tiers

Position Summary

The Residential HVAC Comfort Consultant will meet directly with homeowners to identify heating and cooling needs, recommend equipment solutions, explain available options, and guide customers through the replacement process. This role is responsible for managing sales appointments from initial consultation through signed agreement while delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home HVAC consultations with homeowners
• Inspect existing HVAC systems and determine replacement opportunities
• Educate customers on equipment options, efficiency improvements, and available solutions
• Present pricing, financing options, and installation recommendations
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
• Manage company-provided sales leads and document results
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals and networking
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in ServiceTitan
• Communicate regularly with management regarding appointments, sales activity, and customer updates
• Consistently work toward company sales goals and customer satisfaction standards Schedule Expectations
• Report to the office by 7:00 AM
• Provide regular updates while working in the field
• Maintain consistent communication with management throughout the workday

Qualifications

• Active California H.I.S. (Home Improvement Salesperson) License required
• 5+ years of residential HVAC sales experience preferred
• Proven success closing HVAC replacement opportunities
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and customer presentation skills
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record What Defines Success
