Technical Account Manager This position serves as a key technical partner to the sales team, providing application-level support, clarifying customer requirements, assisting with quotation preparation, and helping drive deal closure through technical presentations, product demos, and customer engagement. The role also supports internal knowledge transfer by training sales teams and providing market and customer feedback to support product positioning and commercial strategy. Job

Responsibilities

: l Act as the technical support for sales and customers, focusing on RNA, Gene, and Antibody services l Handle customer technical communication, pre-sales inquiries, and application-level Q&A; l Translate customer needs into clear technical and commercial requirements to support quotation and order preparation l Support quotation coordination by working closely with sales and internal teams l Provide technical training and product knowledge sessions for the sales team l Support sales activities to close deals, including product presentations and customer visits or meetings Job

Requirements

: l PhD degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field 3-7 years of experience in life sciences, CRO/CDMO, or technical support roles. l Strong understanding of molecular biology, RNA regulation, gene to antibodies or related services l Excellent communication and organizational skills l Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred Location: San Diego Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
