Job Description

: Are you a go-getter with a passion for real estate or a strong desire to break into the industry? Century21 Scope Realty is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. No prior experience is necessary we are looking for individuals who are motivated, eager to learn, and have the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Educate clients on the real estate market and the home buying/selling process.
• Generate and nurture clients through various channels.
• Conduct property tours and open houses.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.

Requirements

:

• Completion of a 77-hour licensing course OR a current real estate license.
• No prior real estate experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the real estate industry.
