What You'll Be Doing: Make outbound cold calls to targeted business prospects Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local business areas Introduce and position Mazteck IT's services to decision-makers Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our closing sales team Keep your outreach organized and tracked in our CRM What We're Looking For: Proven experience in cold calling, D2D canvassing, or appointment setting A people-first attitude you genuinely enjoy talking to strangers Coachable and hungry to improve, with a growth mindset Strong communicator who can think on their feet Bonus points if you have any familiarity with IT or technology services What's In It For You: $55,000 base salary + commission your hustle directly increases your paycheck 401(k) with company matching Health insurance and paid time off Ongoing sales training and 1-on-1 mentorship A collaborative team that wants to see you succeed Ready to hit the ground running?
