Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Job description: We're seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive growth of our EZ Dock product line within our northeast territory. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong sales skills, exceptional organization, and a passion for customer serviceespecially those with a background in the dock, marine, or boating industries. Occasional travel to customer sites, boat shows, and industry conferencesincluding some weekendsis required.

Duties

• Manage and develop a specific sales territory to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with our scheduling team to ensure projects have the necessary information to get scheduled for completion and collect payment from customers. Experience
• Proven experience in territory management and business development, particularly in a B2B environment.
• Strong skills in cold calling, inside sales, and sales management are essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with market analysis techniques to identify potential clients and growth areas is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
