Penmac Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our staffing team in Dallas/Irving, TX. A successful Business Development Manager has creative lead-generating techniques and the drive to exceed sales goals. You'll use your strong communication and selling skills to present outstanding solutions to customers. This position is perfect for those who are serious about a long-term career path in sales, customer service, and business development. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm. Pay will depend on experience.

Responsibilities

of a Business Development Manager include:

• Acquisition of new accounts, retention of existing accounts
• Campaign management: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status report
• Coordinate sales effort with VP of Business Development and local branch operations
• Keep abreast of best practices and client trends
