Starved Rock Harley-Davidson is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for the Harley-Davidson brand.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Guide customers through the motorcycle purchase process from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with riders to create long-term customer loyalty
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson models, features, and financing options
• Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and Parts & Accessories departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

:

• Prior retail or sales experience required; automotive or motorcycle sales preferred
• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles or a strong passion for the lifestyle preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Valid motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain one
