Automotive Sales Professional - McMinnville CDJR & Mazda | McMinnville, OR Now Under New Ownership! Join a growing dealership team in the heart of Oregon wine country. McMinnville CDJR & Mazda is looking for motivated, positive, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. We proudly represent Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mazda, along with a large inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles. Our culture is built on integrity, teamwork, communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training, mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Respond to leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Help customers select the right vehicle for their needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Explain pricing, financing, and purchase agreements
• Deliver vehicles and support long-term customer relationships What We're Looking For
