What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you will help customers through the vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery. You will:

• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and showroom customers
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and follow up with customers daily
• Set appointments and bring customers into the store
• Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Present Toyota products, features, payments, and options professionally
• Work with managers to help structure deals
• Follow up after the sale to build repeat and referral business
• Use our CRM and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities Who We're Looking For We are looking for people who are:
