We are currently hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our in-office team and support daily client interactions. This role involves working directly with customers in a professional office environment, providing information, answering questions, and assisting with service-related needs. It's a strong fit for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in building experience in sales and customer service. No prior industry experience is required. Paid training is provided for all new hires. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will help ensure a positive and efficient customer experience by supporting communication, service coordination, and account-related requests. You will receive structured training and ongoing guidance to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, questions, and preferences
• Provide clear and accurate information about services and available options
• Assist with account setup, updates, and general support
• Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up as needed to ensure consistency and satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work full-time in Nashville, TN (in-office)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
