Regional Sales Director HYBRID Hybrid | $146,000$189,800 Base + Commission Are you an experienced healthcare sales leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Regional Sales Director based in Los Angeles or San Bernardino to lead strategic growth across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Sacramento. This role offers the opportunity to build and mentor a high- performing sales team while developing referral partnerships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a regional sales team across multiple markets
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to exceed enrollment goals
• Build strong relationships with referral partners and healthcare organizations
• Analyze sales performance, forecasting, and market opportunities
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support continued growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 11+ years of sales experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams
• Multi-site management experience preferred
• Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Playmaker, etc.)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Preferred Experience
