We are seeking an experienced and motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, driven, and experienced in new construction home sales. About Citrus Craft Homes : CitrusCraft Homes is a growing scattered-lot home builder focused on delivering quality new construction throughout Citrus County, Florida. We specialize in identifying and developing individual homesites across established communities, bringing new housing opportunities to buyers while revitalizing neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective buyers and identify their home buying needs
• Generate and close sales through referrals, Realtor relationships, and self-generated leads
• Maintain timely follow-up and accurate customer communication records
• Showcase model homes, inventory homes, and community features
• Maintain the appearance of the Welcome Home Center and model homes
• Network within the local community to build lead opportunities

Qualifications

• 13 years of new home sales experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Real estate license preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Additional
