Assistant Management & Sales Trainee Weekly Pay | Retail Promotions | Leadership Development | Entry Level We are currently hiring motivated, ambitious, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Assistant Management & Sales Trainees. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in retail sales, customer service, team development, and business operations. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations, assist customers with products and promotional offers, and work alongside experienced leaders to learn the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a successful sales team.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized brands through in-store retail promotions and customer interactions
• Educate customers on featured products, services, and current promotions
• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers throughout the purchasing or enrollment process
• Learn daily leadership responsibilities, including team support, coaching, and performance development
• Assist with training and mentoring newer team members as leadership skills develop
• Participate in ongoing leadership, sales, and professional development training
• Monitor individual and team performance while working toward sales and customer service goals
• Collaborate with management to support daily operations and business growth
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused retail environment
