Inside Sales Representative Stone Rose Solutions Stone Rose Solutions is looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully office-based position. The Inside Sales Representative will not visit job sites or perform in-home estimates. The field estimator will provide all project measurements and job details, and the Inside Sales Representative will prepare proposals, negotiate with customers, and close sales remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review project measurements and information provided by the field estimator
• Prepare accurate proposals using the company estimating system
• Present proposals to customers by phone, text message, and email
• Negotiate pricing and close sales remotely
• Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and project details
• Follow up with customers to convert proposals into signed projects
• Update customer information, proposals, and sales activities in the company CRM
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales progress
• Coordinate with the estimator and operations team to ensure a smooth sales process
• Meet individual sales and closing goals

Requirements

• Previous sales experience required
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry required
• Knowledge of pavers, hardscaping, landscaping, sealing, outdoor living projects, or similar services
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
• Comfortable negotiating and closing sales remotely
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and estimating software
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple sales opportunities Language

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong plus

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission
