Sales & Internet Marketing Associate LV777 Auto Group is seeking a reliable, motivated, and energetic individual to join our expanding dealership team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, working with customers, social media, and marketing in a fast- moving environment where no two days are exactly the same. We are a locally owned independent dealership, not a large franchise. We provide a relaxed workplace, unlimited opportunities to learn, and exposure to many areas of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Take quality photos of vehicles and create appealing online listings
• Advertise and maintain inventory on Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, and other online platforms
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with general questions
• Respond to inquiries through phone, text messages, email, and social media
• Show vehicles to customers and assist with test drives
• Set appointments and follow up with leads
• Support internet sales and customer lead management
• Transport vehicles when necessary
• Help keep inventory and the sales lot organized
• Assist in generating business through online advertising and customer outreach
• Help with basic marketing and social media activities
• Cold calling and lead generation experience is a plus

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or management experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling phone calls and interacting with customers
• Familiar with computers, social media, and internet-based sales platforms
• Basic understanding of marketing
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and self-motivated personality
• Willingness to learn and improve every day

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Social media marketing experience
• Cold calling or lead generation experience
