About the Role

As a Floor Educator, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet. You'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while sharing product knowledge, telling the stories behind our locally made items, and assisting guests in finding meaningful gifts and keepsakes. You'll also help maintain the beautiful presentation of our store and work alongside an enthusiastic team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Create memorable shopping experiences through outstanding customer service.
• Share knowledge about Utah, local artisans, minerals, jewelry, gifts, and specialty products.
• Assist guests in selecting meaningful gifts and souvenirs.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and restock inventory.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and beautifully presented.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive work environment.

• Part-time position (approximately 1216 hours per week)
• Starting pay: $15.00$18.00 per hour , based on experience
