Senior Account Executive Altitude Color Technologies Las Vegas, Nevada Position

Overview

Altitude Color Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth and develop long-term client relationships within the large and grand format digital printing industry. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with experience in trade show graphics, experiential marketing, retail environments, events, signage, fabric graphics, or wide-format print production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands complex project workflows, and can confidently manage high-value client accounts from concept through production and delivery. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and acting as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal production and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with: Experiential agencies Trade show companies Event producers Retail brands Corporate marketing teams Entertainment and hospitality clients Generate new business through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry relationships Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-project follow-up Work closely with estimating, prepress, production, and installation teams to ensure project success Prepare quotes, presentations, and project proposals Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate print and display solutions Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with internal departments Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline reporting Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed Help identify opportunities for operational improvements and expanded service offerings Products & Services Knowledge Candidates should have familiarity with products and services including: Dye sublimation fabric graphics SEG systems and soft signage UV flatbed printing Vinyl graphics and wall coverings Trade show displays Backlit graphics Retail and experiential installations Custom fabrication Large-scale event branding Rigid signage and routed products

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in large format printing, signage, experiential marketing, trade shows, or related industries Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing client accounts Strong understanding of large/grand format print production workflows Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced production-driven environment Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships within: Trade show and event industries Experiential marketing agencies Las Vegas hospitality and entertainment markets Experience selling high-volume or high-value print production projects Knowledge of installation logistics and event timelines Familiarity with estimating or production terminology
