Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing home services team. This position supports four rapidly expanding companies:

• Pro Sun Shades Custom Shade Sail Systems, Misting Systems & Outdoor Lighting
• Backyard Flames Outdoor Kitchens, BBQ Islands & Fire Features
• Refine N Design Home Improvement & Remodeling
• Vegas Handyman Services Residential Repair & Maintenance As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll answer inbound leads, make outbound follow-up calls, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, follow up on estimates, assist customers throughout the sales process, and help maintain an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, web inquiries, Facebook leads, Google leads, and text messages.
• Make outbound calls to homeowners who have requested information or previously received estimates.
• Schedule in-home estimates and service appointments for our sales team.
• Follow up with customers after estimates to answer questions, overcome objections, and help close sales.
• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after completed projects.
• Request online reviews from satisfied customers.
• Educate homeowners on our products and services while identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
• Maintain accurate customer records using Go High Level CRM.
• Send estimates, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications via phone, email, and SMS.
• Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
• Meet daily activity goals including outbound calls, follow-ups, appointment setting, and sales conversions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone throughout the day.
• Ability to build trust and confidently ask for the sale.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficiency with CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a plus).
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional phone etiquette.
