Compensation

: $28/hour + 1% Monthly Sales Commission About Naturepedic Naturepedic is a certified organic mattress and bedding company focused on healthier materials and responsible manufacturing. Our products are designed for individuals and families who care about what they bring into their homes. With showrooms across the country, we're continuing to growand our Chicago team is looking for a new Retail Sales Associate to help create a welcoming and educational in-store experience.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers exploring our product line. You'll help guide them through their options, answer questions, and make sure they feel confident in their choices. We're looking for someone who's personable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, low-pressure shopping experience
• Educate shoppers on our certified organic product offerings
• Use a consultative sales approach to help customers find the right fit
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing, transactions, and inventory
• Keep the showroom tidy, well-stocked, and visually inviting
• Accurately enter customer information into POS/CRM systems What We're Looking For
• 13 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Previous mattress, furniture, or luxury sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using both Mac OS and Windows systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for most of your shift Pay &
