We're looking for a Family Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Parklawns Memorial Gardens! Our Advisors are relationship builders who are accountable for serving client families by making at need cemetery arrangements, and selling pre-need Cemetery arrangements. The responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, creating sales presentations, networking and building community relationships, retrieving referrals, and developing an understanding of each family's unique needs to offer cemetery solutions that provide value to them. We serve families by providing exemplary personalized service and play an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families. Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
