Your Role: As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll serve as a local representative of the Kapture Pest Control brand by introducing homeowners to our services and helping them find the right pest protection plan for their needs.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Opportunity
• Average commission of $175 paid upfront per completed sale
• Additional $50 paid after six months for retained customers
• New hires receive a $500 weekly bonus throughout their first 3 weeks of training.
