Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, assess their needs, and build rapport to understand lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
• Vehicle Presentation: Showcase used inventory, explain features, benefits, and pricing, and conduct engaging test drives.
• Sales Process: Guide customers through financing options, present warranties/add-ons, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Inventory Management: Maintain a deep knowledge of current stock and assist with keeping the lot and showroom tidy.
• Documentation: Complete sales orders and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer relationships post-sale to foster loyalty and referrals, coordinating service appointments.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales managers, finance teams, and the service department.

Qualifications

& Skills

• Experience: Previous sales experience (automotive preferred) or a strong track record in customer service.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and articulate vehicle features, benefits, and options.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with CRM and dealership software.
• Driver's License: Valid license with a clean driving record.
• Attitude: Outgoing, friendly, persistent, and results-oriented Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
