Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be a frontline contact for our company, engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing relationships through proactive communication. Your technical proficiency, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support sales operations and office workflows to help the team move quickly and serve customers effectively.
• Respond to inbound inquires via email and phone.
• Follow up with customers and qualify sales opportunities.
• Learn how to prepare quotes and provide product information.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business and follow up on quotations.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Develop knowledge of our products and services through on the job training.
• Collaborate with sales team to support active accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree + in Electrical Technologies or equivalent of 2-3 years inside sales experience within an industrial/electrical controls environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic computer skills
• Organized, reliable and able to manage follow ups.
• Salary based on experience. Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
