SALES PROFESSIONAL We are in the Factory-Built Housing industry and provide quality, affordable housing to our customers. We are supported by the 4th largest manufacturer of factory-built homes in the US and Canada and with 14 retail locations throughout the southern US, we are also one of the fastest growing. Currently we are looking to add sales professionals to our team in Mount Pleasant, TX. COMPENSATION Base Salary Lucrative Commissions and Bonus Structure Medical and other supplementary benefits Paid time off Management / Leadership Fast-Track Program if you qualify Ongoing Training and Professional Development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Follow our proprietary sales process Present our homes to prospective buyers Schedule and manage appointments Follow-up with all leads Attend our regularly scheduled training programs Communicate with the General Sales Manager Maintain your CRM data Maintain the overall appearance of your retail location and model homes Submit complete and accurate reports pertaining to all sales activities Contribute your input to management on our continuing improvement process YOU NEED TO HAVE: 1 Years of documented sales success in business to consumer, high ticket sales The drive to be successful The discipline to follow our proven sales methodology The ability to work with a team You MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English.
