Mathew Jewelers is a family owned jeweler and fine jewelry retailer specializing in custom designs whose story began in 1947 on the Main Street of Zelienople Pennsylvania. Owned and operated through four generations of family, the business has been able to expand to its now second location in the heart of Cranberry Township Pennsylvania. With close to 80 years of trust and experience, Mathew Jewelers has worked hard to build a reputation that stands firm in family values and helping to serve the community to which it belongs. Duties

: Provide highest quality customer service. Welcome/greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner; offer shopping assistance using knowledge of current fashion trends. Guide, interact with, and make suggestions to customers; provide information on products and/or turn over to senior sales associates. Build customer confidence by reinforcing the willingness to meet customer's needs. Document/process sales by creating or updating customer profile records and using POS software, email database. Use email, social networking, etc. to keep clientele informed of events and/or future merchandise of potential interest. Contribute to team effort by helping with tasks as needed; show initiatives to improve the business. Skills/

Qualifications

: Must be outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, dependable Knowledge of/interest in fashion trends Demonstrates willingness to gain product knowledge Provides exceptional customer service Quality phone and people skills Ability to sell to customer needs Criminal history clearance Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Proficient computer skills Jewelry knowledge/luxury sales experience preferred, but not required Work Remotely
