Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Coordinate sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
• Prepare sales proposals
• Perform tasks in support of warehouse optimization, as assigned.
• Gas Reimbursements and Sales Reports
• Inputting sales orders
• Good communication
• Prioritization and problem-solving
• Organization and planning
• Research and analysis
• Attention to details
• Customer Services
• A team player

Minimum Qualifications

(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Strong ability in using MS Office
• Ability to understand mathematical conversions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Prefer fluency in English and Japanese or Korean
• Able to work early mornings
• Handle heavy work loads
• Time management efficient
