Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales initiatives forward. In this role, the Escrow / Title Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, builders, and investors to generate new business for escrow and title services. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic networking, client education, and consistent service follow-up. Base salary + commission

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and developers
• Actively prospect and generate new escrow and title business through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
• Promote escrow and title services, highlighting value, efficiency, and reliability
• Provide clients with market updates, farming strategies, and tools to help grow their business
• Attend industry events, open houses, broker tours, and association meetings
• Coordinate with escrow officers and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely closings
• Resolve client issues proactively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM systems Skills
• 2+ years of experience in title, escrow, or real estate sales preferred
• Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process
• Proven track record of business development and relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
• Existing network within the real estate or lending community- Preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing tools-Preferred
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape-Preferred Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
