Pool Sales Consultant Springfield, MO FullTime | High Commission | Leads Provided | Flexible Schedule About the Position We are hiring a motivated Pool Sales Consultant to join our Springfield team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting customers, walking properties, explaining pool options, and helping families design their dream backyard. You'll receive warm leads , meet with homeowners, create quotes, and guide customers through the poolbuying process from first contact to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at their home or in the showroom
• Provide pool estimates based on size, layout, and features
• Explain pool packages (fiberglass, vinyl, equipment, upgrades)
• Walk backyards to assess layout, access, and installation needs
• Follow up on leads provided by the company
• Close sales and meet monthly goals
• Document notes in company systems
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (construction, pools, roofing, HVAC, or similar is a plus)
• Ability to learn pool products, equipment, and installation basics
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable with inhome appointments
