Should have experience working in the wireless industry and is bilingual (English+ Spanish)

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in Metro by T-Mobile, Total Wireless, Cricket or Boost mobile,etc
• Familiarity with Sales environment, positive attitude
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos is beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone etiquette skills for customer interactions over the phone Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
