Molato, Inc. is hiring motivated Retail Sales Associates to support sales operations within AT&T-branded; retail environments. In this role, you will engage directly with customers in a retail setting, identify their needs, and provide wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions through AT&T; product offerings. This is a performance-driven sales role where customer experience and results both matter. Retail Sales Associates

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage customers in a retail environment and provide a consultative sales experience
• Present AT&T; wireless plans, devices, and home internet options based on customer needs
• Drive sales through activations, upgrades, and service bundling
• Meet or exceed individual and store-based sales performance targets
• Process transactions accurately and maintain compliance with retail procedures
• Stay informed on promotions, pricing, and product updates
• Deliver strong customer service before and after the sale Retail Sales Associate

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Ability to work flexible retail hours (evenings/weekends required)
• Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven mindset
• Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts Position Breakdown:
• Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Position

Compensation

: Commission-Based Role. The retail sales associate role starting yearly pay is $50,000 yearly.

• Location & Daily Routine: Daily presence required at our Waterbury, CT office before transitioning to face-to-face sales efforts in the surrounding communities.
