What You'll Do

as a Lead Sales Associate

• Represent Frontier by meeting with homeowners and introducing available fiber internet services and promotions.
• Educate customers on available solutions while providing knowledgeable sales support.
• Build strong relationships through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Schedule qualified customer appointments and assist with service enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and daily activities.
• Work alongside teammates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to strengthen your communication and sales skills. What We're Looking For in a Lead Sales Associate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
