Responsibilities

:

• Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying leads, cultivating rapport, and guiding each potential customer to eventually switch to our clients' brand.
• Utilize market analysis, customer feedback, and marketing trends to create effective and tailored sales plans and face-to-face marketing initiatives.
• Execute marketing plans efficiently, allocating each campaign's resources to optimize sales growth potential.
• Each Sales Team Member must complete the sales cycle and ensure seamless transactions through proper documentation.
• Strive to hit individual and team sales targets through collaboration and listening to feedback.
• Keep up with emerging marketing techniques by using company provided development tools and learning resources.

Qualifications

:

• Any of the following: High School graduate, GED, Associate Degree, or higher.
• The Sales Team Member role does not require professional experience but candidates with background in marketing or customer facing roles are valued.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems or has foundational knowledge of technology.
• The ideal Sales Team Member has the confidence to initiate conversations and easily build rapport with potential customers.
• Team player with strong work ethics.
