We have two Atlanta Metro locations Morrow and Alpharetta and we're expanding. The right people are joining now, while the opportunity to grow with us is still wide open. About This Position This is a full-cycle outside sales role covering both insurance restoration and retail roofing. You own the deal from the first knock on the door to a signed contract and you're not doing it alone. We provide 3 to 5 pre-scheduled appointments per week to supplement your self-generated pipeline, so you're walking into warm opportunities from day one while building your own book of business on top of it. You'll be working within 50 miles of our office locations across the Atlanta Metro. A drone and ladder are provided you just need a reliable vehicle and the drive to go get it. Training is hands-on and structured: the first two weeks are classroom and field training in the office, and the last two weeks are guided ride-alongs with seasoned reps who are already closing at the top of the board. By the time you're running solo you'll know exactly what you're doing. What You'll Be Doing

• Running pre-scheduled appointments provided by the company plus self-generating your own leads through door-to-door canvassing
• Conducting roof inspections, identifying damage, and presenting solutions to homeowners
• Managing insurance claims and guiding homeowners through the restoration process
• Closing roofing contracts on both insurance and retail jobs
• Owning the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract
• Attending weekly team meetings and daily virtual standups to stay sharp and connected
• Managing your pipeline and maintaining consistent follow-up on all open opportunities Who We're Looking For We're not just looking for roofing experience we're looking for the right person. Compensation

This is a 1099 commission-only position with weekly pay as long as you have collected revenue that week. Base Commission Rates:

• 8% commission on company-provided leads
• 10% commission on self-generated deals
• 50/50 profit split on anything above par pricing Performance Milestone Bumps Permanent Rate Increases:
• Close $50,000 with 1 self-gen deal earn a +1% permanent bump on your rate
• Close $75,000 with 2 self-gen deals earn a +2% permanent bump
• Close $100,000 with 3 self-gen deals earn a +3% permanent bump The more you self-generate and the more volume you close, the higher your permanent commission rate climbs this structure is built to reward the reps who go out and build their own pipeline. Training Pay:
• $250 per week for your first 4 weeks (or first contract whichever comes first)
• Total training pay potential: $1,000 during your ramp-up period Estimated Earnings:
• New reps: $8,000/month
