Historic Downtown Norcross, GA | Part-Time or Full-Time An established, independently owned jewelry and fashion boutique is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Assistant Store Manager / Senior Sales & Styling Lead. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves selling, styling, and building long-term client relationshipsand who has the experience and ambition to grow into greater leadership. For the right person, this position offers a potential path to Store Manager.

What You'll Do

• Drive personal sales and contribute to overall store sales goals
• Style clients head-to-toe across jewelry, clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories
• Build repeat business through strong clienteling and thoughtful follow-up
• Confidently sell premium merchandise and build multi-item purchases, including transactions of $500$2,000+
• Help lead the sales floor and support and motivate other team members
• Merchandise new arrivals and maintain visually appealing displays
• Assist with inventory, receiving, POS, opening/closing, and daily store operations
• Help execute trunk shows, special events, and promotions
• Take ownership and help keep the store running smoothly when the owner is not present Who We're Looking For
• Strong retail sales background, preferably in jewelry, fashion, accessories, luxury, or premium specialty retail
• Proven ability to build loyal, repeat clientele
• Experience and confidence selling higher-price-point merchandise
• A strong eye for personal style, color, accessorizing, and putting complete looks together
• Previous leadership, key-holder, assistant manager, or management experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership Experience in an independently owned boutique or specialty retail environment is especially valuable , although we welcome candidates from other premium retail environments with strong relationship-based selling experience. We are open to part-time or full-time for an exceptional candidate. Weekend availability and some flexibility around special events and holiday periods are required.
