Overview

We are looking for an experienced flooring salesperson who can also help oversee job sites and manage projects from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who understands flooring sales, customer service, estimating, product knowledge, and field coordination. RFMS experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they have strong flooring industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and help guide them through flooring product selections
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and job information accurately
• Communicate with customers, installers, project managers, and office staff
• Help schedule and coordinate flooring installations
• Visit job sites to verify project progress and quality
• Oversee installers and make sure projects are completed correctly
• Identify job site issues before they become larger problems
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate notes, paperwork, and project updates
• Use RFMS or similar flooring software when needed Preferred Experience
• Flooring sales experience
• RFMS experience preferred
• Knowledge of carpet, LVP, hardwood, laminate, tile, and sheet vinyl
• Experience reading measurements, estimates, and work orders
• Job site foreman or project management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work with installers and customers in a professional manner
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once

• Flooring or construction experience strongly preferred About the Position This is a key position for someone who wants to be involved in both the sales side and the project side of the flooring business.
