What You'll Actually Do This is a professional sales role focused on developing relationships with schools in your territory. Every day gives you the opportunity to meet decision-makers, earn trust, and grow your book of business. You will:
• Visit approximately five schools each day to meet coaches, athletic directors, and administrators.
• Present fundraising solutions that help athletic programs reach their goals.
• Build long-term partnerships through referrals, follow-up, and outstanding service.
• Participate in weekly coaching, planning sessions, and ongoing professional development. Every conversation strengthens your confidence, your skills, and your earning potential. Earnings and Career Path Expected First-Year Earnings: $75,000-$150,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Career opportunities include:
