• Connect with homeowners to understand their needs
• Guide customers through inspections and product options
• Present solution-focused recommendations
• Participate in weekly coaching and mentorship EARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT First Month: $5,000 to $8,000 through training, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission After 90 Days: $10,000+ per month for consistent performers Experienced Representatives: $12,000 to $20,000+ per month Sales Leaders and Territory Owners: $200,000 to $350,000+ annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges through consistency and professionalism.
