Overview

: We are a leading international freight forwarder seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service, B2B cold calls, and effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to connect with customers on a personal level. Base pay of $2500 plus UNCAPPED commission.

Duties

: - Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. - Utilize company program to track sales activity, manage leads, and analyze sales performance. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales strategies. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the B2B industry. - Provide product support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services. Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, technical sales, cold calls, or a related field. Experience with cold calls is highly valued. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
