In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying potential candidates over the phone, ensuring only the best matches are forwarded to our representatives. Key Responsibilities

: - Handle inbound/outbound calls to screen and qualify candidates. - Ask scripted and follow-up questions to assess candidate fit. - Accurately log call details and candidate responses in our system. - Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate team member. - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on all calls. - Meet daily call volume and quality assurance targets.

Requirements

: - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic computer proficiency (data entry, CRM, or call systems). - Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales support is a plus. - Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in-office.
