We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team who can drive results for our client through business-to-business sales! This role specializes in acquiring and maintaining our clients' new business accounts in the Orange County area.

Responsibilities

:

• Build, develop, and maintain client relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
• Oversee new business account acquisition and account management on behalf of our client
• Drive sales cycle by effectively conducting 1-1 presentations to close
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and goals
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Territory management and organization

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Leadership potential
