Zinc Communications is expanding and looking for a Sales Team Member to support a growing wireless telecommunications campaign. You'll work directly with customers to introduce affordable wireless services, explain available plans and promotions, assist with enrollments, and help individuals stay connected through reliable mobile solutions. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and developing valuable sales and customer service skills, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while growing professionally. As a Sales Team Member, you'll build experience in customer engagement, wireless sales, account support, customer enrollment, telecommunications, and customer acquisition while working in a fast-paced environment focused on growth and development. What You'll Be Doing as Sales Team Member

• Speak directly with customers about available wireless services, mobile plans, smartphones, data options, and connectivity solutions
• Explain service features, pricing, promotions, account benefits, and enrollment requirements
• Assist customers with wireless service enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
• Help customers compare service options based on usage, budget, and communication needs
• Answer questions related to mobile services, devices, account features, billing, and available programs
• Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment information, and sales activity
• Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and customer support
• Support customer acquisition, customer engagement, and daily sales goals
• Stay informed on wireless products, promotions, and service offerings What We're Looking For a Sales Team Member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in sales, telecommunications, customer service, customer engagement, wireless technology, or account management
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
