Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist Specialty Product Distribution Westchester County, NY (On-Site) Are you someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and keeping customers happy? We are conducting a search for a well-established and growing distribution company seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to become an integral member of its team. This is far more than a traditional customer service position. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers while supporting the sales team, coordinating orders, managing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and timely communication.
• Support the sales team with quotations, order entry, pricing requests, and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate customer orders while working closely with operations and vendor partners.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate product timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product information within company systems.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Assist with sourcing requests and special customer projects.
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a collaborative office environment where teamwork is valued. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service or Customer Sales Support experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems

Compensation
