About the Role

Alpha Capital Group is a fast-growing revenue based financing brokerage helping businesses nationwide access the capital they need to grow. We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven, competitive individuals who are ready to build a high-income career in business financing. This is a 100% commission-based position with no earnings cap. Our top entry- level reps have cleared $100,000 in their first yearyour income is entirely in your hands. No prior finance experience? No problem. We provide full training.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage small business owners via outbound calls, email, and other outreach channels (200+ calls/day expected)
• Build rapport with clients to understand their financing needs and match them with the right solutions
• Execute and refine a consultative sales approach to consistently hit and exceed performance targets
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a high-energy, winning culture
• Support basic underwriting processes as needed (preferred, not required) What We're Looking For
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to earn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyou're comfortable on the phone and can build trust quickly
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Prior experience in sales, commercial lending, or financial services is a plusbut not required
• Background in commercial banking or lending is especially valued

Compensation

• 100% commission no cap, no ceiling
