What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you'll gain real-world experience working directly with customers and learning the fundamentals of account management and sales strategy:

• Help customers find the best AT&T; wireless, fiber, and bundled solutions based on their needs
• Explain product features in a simple, relatable way (no technical background neededwe train you)
• Assist with account setup, upgrades, and service enrollments
• Track customer interactions and maintain organized records
• Support in-store operations, including merchandising and customer experience

Qualifications
