• External agencies & recruiters, please do not contact regarding this position Central Arizona Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative who enjoys building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional client experiences. Working closely with our showroom sales consultants, this role is responsible for growing sales, identifying new opportunities, and serving as a trusted resource for clients. Experience selling luxury plumbing and appliance products is preferred; however, we are open to experienced outside sales professionals with a proven track record of building relationships and growing business. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and takes pride in helping customers find the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, designers, remodelers, and contractors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Promote products, programs, and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with showroom sales consultants to deliver exceptional experiences for the customer.
• Utilize CRM to effectively manage customer relationships, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.
• Provide product knowledge and support that delivers an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively navigate challenges and provide solutions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with representing luxury brands and clientele.
• Willingness and ability to learn our products, industry, and sales process.
