We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques. Experience
• Familiarity with inside sales practices and outbound calling strategies is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone and in person.
• Experience using a CRM software for managing customer interactions is a plus.
