We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to build and own a growing territory in the Harrisburg market. What You'll Be Doing

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Target commercial clients including property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, retail businesses, and more
• Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline
• Close new accounts and develop long-term client relationships
• Secure recurring service agreements
• Attend networking events and generate referrals
• Track activity, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (required)
• Proven success prospecting and closing new business
• Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Experience using CRM systems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
