In-Home Sales Closer $8K$16K+/Month Pre-Set Appointments | No Cold Knocking | Flexible Schedule

About the Role

HailCo Roofing is a Scottsdale-based, owner-operated roofing contractor serving the Phoenix Valley known for honest inspections, no-pressure quotes, and up to 25-year workmanship warranties. We're building out our in-home sales team to close pre-set, pre-qualified appointments generated by our appointment-setting team. You show up, run the presentation, and close the deal no door-knocking required.

What You'll Do

• Run in-home sales presentations for pre-set, pre-qualified roofing appointments
• Educate homeowners on their roof's condition, options, and pricing using HailCo's estimate and inspection materials
• Close sales on replacements, repairs, and insurance-claim-driven projects
• Follow HailCo's honest, consultative sales approach no high-pressure tactics
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on pending decisions What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in-home, roofing, solar, or similar high-ticket consultative sales
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, trust-first approach
• Comfortable presenting pricing and navigating insurance-claim conversations
• Self-motivated and able to manage a full appointment calendar
• Reliable transportation to appointments across the Phoenix Valley
