Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation to delivery.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Respond promptly to showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer referrals.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives.
• Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options.
• Maintain current knowledge of Mazda vehicles, technology, incentives, and competitive products.
• Follow up with prospects and customers using the dealership CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Deliver an exceptional dealership experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed automotive sales goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Experience using dealership CRM systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
