Business Development Specialist At HOMEstretch, our goal is to become a leader in the home preparation space by helping homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale. Our all-in-one solution includes junk removal, painting, landscaping, flooring installation, and handyman services. We're seeking an energetic Sales Representatives with a proven sales record to join our core team and contribute to our market in Pittsburgh, PA. Position

Overview

: As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for cultivating partnerships with key realtors and real estate brokerages. This is your chance to make an immediate impact on our emerging business, Mostly working from home and also going out in the field for presentations, meet and greets, and in home consultations.

What You'll Do

:

• Develop relationships with real estate agents and work closely with home owners provide expert advice on preparing homes for the market.
• Cold Calling is an important part of the job. Typical schedule is cold calling from 9am to 11am and 1 to 3 pm each day.
• Conduct office presentations with real estate agents and referral partners.
• Meet with homeowners to create a customized solution and quote the projects.
• Drive sales and business development efforts by introducing our services to area real estate agents through cold calling and office presentations.
• Partner with our owners to build and shape the market What We're Looking For:
• Proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
• Comfortable talking on the phone and scheduling your consultations with clients.
• A people person who excels at building relationships and enjoys connecting with others in person and over the phone.
• Punctuality is a must - we pride ourselves on being on time for every client meeting.
• Excellent communication skills, with a rapid response to client inquiries via phone, text, or email.
• Knowledge or eagerness to learn about home preparation services, including the latest design trends, painting recommendations, flooring options, and cosmetic improvements
• Enjoy solving problems and working closely with clients to meet their needs.
• Comfortable in a start-up environment where agility and initiative are valued.
